About me.

We listen, act, transform, and never judge.

Therapy with me is about more than just venting - it's about growth, insight, and stepping into your most authentic self. I believe in radical acceptance and unconditional positive regard, creating a space where you feel truly heard, seen, and safe enough to explore the parts of yourself that have been waiting for recognition. Clients often tell me that they trust me deeply, sometimes more quickly than they expected, because they can feel that I'm not just an "empty vessel" reflecting back at them - I'm a real person, present in the room with warmth, humor, and directness.

I specialize in working with those untangling the impact of complex family dynamics, LGBTQ+ individuals, individuals navigating infertility and parenthood, survivors of sexual trauma, PTSD, and individuals processing religious trauma. With children, I focus on adjustment disorders, emotional expression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and learning challenges, helping them develop confidence and resilience through play and creativity.

My approach is fluid and tailored to each individual's journey. I integrate Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Psychoanalytic insights, and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques when working with adults. My work with children centers on Child-Centered Play Therapy and DIR Floortime Therapy, because kids often lead with behavior before words. Depending on the client, I also incorporate somatic work, mindfulness, and animal assisted therapy, especially for those who find connection and healing through animals.

My career has a deep foundation in social justice and an understanding of how systemic oppression impacts mental health. I believe the work you get out of therapy is the work you put in - your success is yours to own. My role is to challenge, guide, and reflect back the truth you already carry within you, so you can align your values with your actions, step into your most authentic self, and move through the world with confidence, compassion, and clarity.

If you're ready to do the work -- to explore, to feel, to process pain, and to sit with the discomfort that leads to transformation - I'm here. And if you ever need to laugh about how you can't stand your ex's new girlfriend, well... what's the point of therapy if we can't?

I will answer any questions you have and hope to support you on your journey to healing. Schedule a free consultation with me today.
